Olive Garden Salad Dressing Recipe

Serves: 1.5 cups
- 2 TBSP plus 1 tsp Italian Dressing Mix
- ¾ cup oil (olive oil; original recipe called for vegetable oil or canola oil)
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup + 2 tsp. water or chicken broth
- ½ tsp bulk sweetener
- ½ tsp salt (may reduce or omit if using broth)
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ Tbsp real mayonnaise
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Use whisk to mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Keep refrigerated.
