Finally, she describes other out of the box ways to get water in, including coffee, tea, decaf coffee/tea, flavored waters, and tanking up during your eating window. She encourages listeners to implement Bert Herring’s “study of one” to determine anything that might spike insulin during the fast and the importance of avoiding those things.
